Juni bis 17. Juli 2020 f\u00fcr den Swiss Life REF (CH) European Properties durchgef\u00fchrte Kapitalerh\u00f6hung sei auf grosses Interesse gestossen und \u00fcberzeichnet gewesen, teilt Swiss Life Asset Managers mit. Bei einem Bezugsverh\u00e4ltnis von 6:1 sei die maximale Anzahl von 666.666 Anteilen zu einem Preis von je 105,00 Euro ausgegeben worden. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Damit fliessen dem Fonds knapp 70 Millionen zu. Das Geld soll f\u00fcr den Erwerb von Liegenschaften und die R\u00fcckzahlung kurzfristiger Fremdfinanzierung verwendet werden. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Derzeit h\u00e4lt der Swiss Life REF (CH) European Properties 15 Liegenschaften in neun europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern mit einem Marktwert von rund insgesamt 508 Millionen Euro im Bestand. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Die Liberierung der neuen Anteile erfolgt nach Angaben von Swiss Life Asset Managers am 27. Juli 2020.
