Das vermeldete der Entwickler Hiag auf seiner diesj\u00e4hrigen Bilanzpressekonferenz. Die Baubewilligung f\u00fcr das Vorhaben mit 10.300 qm gewerblicher Nutzfl\u00e4che an der Technoramastrasse liegt seit November vor.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hiag rechnet nun mit einem Baubeginn im September. Dsa Investitionsvolumen gibt sie mit 32,5 Mio. CHF, die j\u00e4hrliche Miete mit 2,1 Mio. CHF an.
