Juni 2020 statt und wurde mittels Bezugsrechtsangebot durchgef\u00fchrt. Dreizehn bisherige Anteile berechtigten zum Bezug von einem neuen Anteil. Wie die Fondsleitung SFP mitteilt, wurden s\u00e4mtliche der maximal 507.488 neuen Anteile ausgegeben. Der Ausgabepreis lag bei 122,00 CHF netto je Anteilschein.<\/p>\n<p>Dem SF Sustainable Property Fund fliessen durch die Emission Neugelder in H\u00f6he von brutto 61,91 Millionen CHF zu. Die Anzahl der im Umlauf befindlichen Anteile betr\u00e4gt neu 7.104.834. Die Liberierung der neuen Anteile erfolgt am kommenden Dienstag, 16.
