Die Pl\u00e4ne an der Neubrunnen und Sonnhaldenstrasse stammen von Helle Architektur GmbH. Laut einem Bericht des \u201eZ\u00fcrcher Unterl\u00e4nders\u201c sind insgesamt 102 Wohnungen geplant. Sie ersetzen 60 Wohnungen aus den 1960er Jahren, die abgerissen werden. Der Grund, auf dem das Projekt verwirklicht werden soll, geh\u00f6rt dem Bericht zufolge noch immer dem Bundesamt f\u00fcr Bauten und Logistik (BBL). Die Zeitung zitiert aus dem Baugesuch, wonach 47,1 Mio. CHF investiert werden sollen.
