CHF erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die Kapitalerh\u00f6hung sei deutlich \u00fcberzeichnet gewesen und der Anlegerkreis sei erneut erweitert worden, teilt Helvetica Proeprty Investors mit. Insgesamt werden 1,03 Mio. neue Anteile zu einem Ausgabepreis jeweils von 114,24 CHF netto ausgegeben. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Mit den neuen Mitteln will die Fondsleitung den bereits gesicherten Kauf von Wohnliegenschaften mit \u00fcber 287 Wohnungen im Wert von 143 Mio. zeitnah umsetzen. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span><span><span>Die Emission des Wohnimmobilien-Fonds Helvetica Swiss Living Fund war nach Angaben der Fondsleitung stark \u00fcberzeichnet.
