CHF ein vollvermietetes Wohn- und Gesch\u00e4ftshaus an der L\u00f6wengartenstrasse 46. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich im L\u00f6wengarten-Quartier, am Stadtrand von Rorschach (SG) und damit in Seen\u00e4he. In St. Gallen entsteht derzeit an der Brauerstrasse 21-23 eine \u00dcberbauung mit 70 Wohneinheiten im Minergie-Standard in Holzelementbauweise. Das Investitionsvolumen liegt bei 22,5 Mio. CHF.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Il fondo ha anche completato e affittato lo sviluppo residenziale DreiFurlen a Lausen (BL).
