Das teilte das Regionale Eiszentrum (REZ) mit. Dem Eiszentrum geh\u00f6rt f\u00fcr eine 2.500 qm grosse Parzelle neben der Eishalle ein Baurecht der Stadt. Dieses reicht es nun der Eberli AG als Unterbaurecht weiter. Mit den Erl\u00f6sen soll der Betrieb des REZ mitfinanziert werden.
