Als Generalunternehmerin des Gro\u00dfprojekts war die HRS t\u00e4tig. Rund 2.000 Arbeitspl\u00e4tze sind in dem Geb\u00e4ude angesiedelt. Architekt und Generalplaner war die Theo Hotz Partner AG aus Z\u00fcrich. Der Kanton gibt die Bausumme mit 567 Mio. CHF an, plus 191 Mio. CHF f\u00fcr gebundene Ausgaben. Die entstandene Geschossfl\u00e4che betr\u00e4gt 133.500 qm. <em>(aw)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00dcber 700 Mio.
