Die Agrargenossenschaft will drei verschiedene Standorte an der Theaterstrasse in Winterthur in einem Neubau zusammenziehen. Dieser soll unter dem Projektnamen &#8222;Stadthof&#8220; verwirklicht werden und 40 Mio. CHF kosten. Au\u00dfer B\u00fcros f\u00fcr 250 Mitarbeiter sollen auch 40 Wohnungen entstehen. Die Investitionssumme verteilt sich zu gleichen Teilen auf die Wohnungen und die B\u00fcros. Der Baustart ist f\u00fcr Ende 2023, der Bezug f\u00fcr sp\u00e4testens 2026 geplant.
