Dadurch wolle man zus\u00e4tzliche Immobilienakquisitionen erm\u00f6glichen, bestehende Bauprojekte vorantreiben und den Fonds weiter stabilisieren, unter anderem durch die Senkung der Fremdfinanzierungsquote.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Die Zeichnungsfrist ist f\u00fcr den 16. bis 24. September vorgesehen, die Liberierung soll am 1. Oktober erfolgen. Weitere Details will Procimmo mit der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des Emissionsprospekts mitteilen; diese ist f\u00fcr den 10.
