Die Liberierung der neuen Anteile und ihre Kotierung an der SIX Swiss Exchange ist f\u00fcr den 17. Mai 2021 vorgesehen.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span>Mit den neuen Mitteln in H\u00f6he von 120 Mio. CHF will der Solvalor 61 die Qualit\u00e4t seines Immobilienbestands steigern, mehrere Neubauprojekte finanzieren und Darlehen r\u00fcckzahlen. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span>Der Fonds h\u00e4lt 110 Wohnimmobilien in den Stadtzentren der Westschweiz, vor allem in den St\u00e4dten Lausanne und Genf sowie in der Genfersee-Region, im Bestand. Der Gesamtportfoliowert wird auf \u00fcber 1,2 Mrd.
