April 2021 wurden insgesamt rund 594.000 neue Fondsanteile ausgegeben. Zuteilung und Liberierung erfolgte am 7. Mai. Damit sind nun 2,97 Mio. Anteile des Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 bei Investoren in Umlauf.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Per 31. Dezember 2020 hielt der Immobilienfonds 33 Liegenschaften in den Kantonen Waadt, Genf, Freiburg, Jura, Neuenburg und Wallis im Bestand. Das Gesamtfondsverm\u00f6gen belief sich auf 487,8 Mio.
