Das von der SV Group \u00a0entwickelte\u00a0neue Hotelkonzept zielt auf\u00a0Gesch\u00e4fts- und Freizeitreisende, die eine gewisse Zeit (Extended-Stay) in Bern verbringen wollen. \u00abStay KooooK ist ideal f\u00fcr Innenst\u00e4dte, wo der Raum knapp ist\u00bb, sagt Beat Kuhn, Managing Director von SV Hotel, dem Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich Hotel der SV Group. Mit der neuen\u00a0Marke schliesse die SV Group eine Nachfragel\u00fccke, denn Extended-Stay gebe es in Bern in dieser Form noch nicht. \u00abEs ist toll, Teil dieses spannenden Projektes zu sein und so ein innovatives und richtungsweisendes Konzept zu begleiten\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rte Ren\u00e9 Morgenthaler, Projektleiter Bauten der Mobiliar Asset Management AG, anl\u00e4sslich der Er\u00f6ffnung.<\/p>\n<p>Das Stay Kooook in Bern Wankdorf umfasst 59 voll ausgestattete Studios (22 qm) und drei Family Studios (45 qm), die alle \u00fcber eine eigene vollausgestattete Kitchenette, ein Bad, einen Arbeitsplatz und Boxen mit Bluetooth-Verbindung verf\u00fcgen. Dank verschiebbaren Wohnelementen l\u00e4sst sich der Raum flexibel den Bed\u00fcrfnissen der G\u00e4ste anpassen. \u00a0Die Gemeinschaftsfl\u00e4che des Hotels bildet das Wohnzimmer: Der offene Raum ist als Begegnungszone, Arbeitsraum und R\u00fcckzugsort konzipiert; hier k\u00fcmmern sich die Hosts\u00a0als Gastgeber um das Wohlbefinden der Bewohner.
