The publicly advertised architectural competition was decided in May 2019. Baumberger &amp; Stegmeier Architects from Zurich, together with Berchtold Lenzin Landscape Architects, won this competition. The building permit has been in place since September 2021, and the ground-breaking ceremony took place a few days ago.
