Somit kann die Pistor AG die Ausbaupl\u00e4ne ihrer Logistik vorantreiben und von 2026 an am Hauptsitz in drei Etappen neue Infrastruktur auf 31.700 qm erstellen. Die Vorlage, die an der Urne genehmigt wurde, tr\u00e4gt den Namen \u00abTeilrevision der Ortsplanung und Bebauungsplan Hasenmoos S\u00fcd\u00bb. Der Grossh\u00e4ndler und Dienstleister Pistor, plant neue Lager-, Warenumschlags- und Distributionsfl\u00e4chen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Investitionen werden sich laut einer Medienmitteilung \u00abim hohen zweistelligen Millionenbereich\u00bb bewegen. Vorgesehen sind drei Bauetappen ab dem Jahr 2026. Der Regierungsrat des Kantons Luzern wird den Entscheid der Rothenburger Stimmbev\u00f6lkerung im Genehmigungsverfahren noch formell best\u00e4tigen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei dem Projekt kommt eine CO2-reduzierende Bauweise zum Zug.
