Die Wohnungsgrundrisse werden an die heutigen Bed\u00fcrfnisse angepasst, die Fassade energetisch aufgewertet und das fossile Heizmedium durch eine Luft-Wasser-W\u00e4rmepumpe in Kombination mit einer Photovoltaik-Anlage ersetzt.
