Das \u00f6ffentlich zum Verkauf ausgeschriebene Haus Kleefeldstrasse 7 wird f\u00fcr 2,5 Mio. CHF zuhanden des Fonds f\u00fcr Boden- und Wohnbaupolitik erworben. Das einseitig angebaute Mehrfamilienhaus verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber sechs 1,5- bis 3-Zimmer-Wohnungen auf drei Obergeschossen. Drei Wohnungen werden ab der \u00dcbernahme der Liegenschaft durch den Fonds im Segment \u00abG\u00fcnstiger Wohnraum mit Vermietungskriterien\u00bb (G\u00fcWR) vermietet.
