Januar 2023 hat die Stadt Zug das Baurecht des Grundst\u00fccks M\u00fclimatt 5 in Oberwil f\u00fcr 5,3 Millionen Franken an die B\u00fcrgergemeinde Zug verkauft. Die Stadt hatte das Baurecht im Jahr 1985 von der B\u00fcrgergemeinde \u00fcbernommen, um auf dem Grundst\u00fcck im Jahr 1987 ein Geb\u00e4ude mit 33 preisg\u00fcnstigen Alterswohnungen zu erstellen. Nach dem Eigentumswechsel sollen die Wohnungen preisg\u00fcnstig bleiben, teilt die B\u00fcrgergemeinde mit.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Verkauf des Baurechts werden die in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren anstehenden Renovationsmassnahmen im Umfang von rund 3,8 Mio.
