Das Geb\u00e4ude 2 wird mit Holz und Beton ausgef\u00fchrt, f\u00fcr Geb\u00e4ude 1 sind Putz und Keramik vorgesehen, f\u00fcr Geb\u00e4ude 3 verschiedene Putz-Typen. Die Architekten geben die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der \u00dcberbauung mit 10.000 qm, die Baukosten mit 30 Mio. CHF an.
