Nach Angaben der Gemeinde hat sich das Unternehmen f\u00fcnf Grundst\u00fccke k\u00e4uflich gesichert, der gesamte Planungsperimeter umfasst eine Fl\u00e4che von insgesamt 4.536 qm. Der Bauherr will die \u201eStartup-Schmiede des Emmentals\u201c auf dem Areal schaffen und nennt als potenzielle Nutzer Kleinunternehmen und Gastronomen aller Art.
