Das ehemalige Swisscom- und im Volksmund \u201eblaue Post\u201c genannte Geb\u00e4ude ist dem Bericht zufolge im Eigentum der Immobiliensparte der Credit Suisse. Es soll energetisch ert\u00fcchtigt und f\u00fcr Erdbeben ger\u00fcstet werden. Die Pl\u00e4ne des B\u00fcros Giubbini Architekten s\u00e4hen u.a. auch eine Betonfassade vor, gegen die sich Denkmalsch\u00fctzer in Stellung bringen. Bisher pr\u00e4gt eine blaue Metallfassade das Bild.
