In einem Urteil (URT.2022.23804) kippte das Gericht den Gestaltungsplan f\u00fcr ein 17.500 m\u00b2 grosses Grundst\u00fcck in Ebnet, oberhalb des Dorfkerns, das viergeschossig bebaut werden sollte. Laut \u201eNeuer Z\u00fcrcher Zeitung\u201c plante eine Erbengemeinschaft den Bau von 70 Wohnungen.<\/p>\n<p>Der ausgearbeitete private Gestaltungsplan geriet nach Ansicht des Gerichts mit der Grundordnung in Konflikt.
