Die Genossenschaft plant nach eigenen Angaben 16 Wohnungen \u2013 darunter Seniorenwohnungen und eine Clusterwohnung \u2013 mit Gemeinschafts- und Multifunktionsr\u00e4umen. Im Erdgeschoss will der Verein Kulturpunkt ein Caf\u00e9 und ein Begegnungszentrum betreiben.
