Das Bezugsverh\u00e4ltnis liegt bei 12:1, und der Zeichnungspreis betr\u00e4gt 125,90 CHF netto je neuen Anteil.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Mit den frischen Mitteln in H\u00f6he von rund 40 Mio. CHF sollen zus\u00e4tzliche Immobilienakquisitionen erm\u00f6glicht werden, teilt die Verm\u00f6gensverwalterin Procimmo mit.
