In St. Gallen entsteht derzeit an der Brauerstrasse 21-23 eine \u00dcberbauung mit 70 Wohneinheiten im Minergie-Standard in Holzelementbauweise. Das Investitionsvolumen liegt bei 22,5 Mio.
