Der CS REF Logisticsplus investiert in Logistik- und logistiknahe Immobilien in der Schweiz.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der Emission wurden nach Angaben der Credit Suisse 1,75 Millionen neue Fondsanteile zum Ausgabepreis von 106,00 CHF netto pro Anteil ausgegeben \u2013 eine Zeichnungsquote von 100 Prozent. Die Liberierung der neuen Anteile erfolgt per 19. M\u00e4rz 2021.
