Januar bis 29. Januar 2021, 12 Uhr, eine Kapitalaufnahme mit einem Ziel-Emissionsvolumen von rund 115 Mio. CHF durch. Verschiedene Akquisitionsobjekte seien bereits in der Pipeline, teilt die mit dem Asset Management der 1291 beauftragte Fondsleitungsgesellschaft Nova Property Fund Management AG mit. Mit den zus\u00e4tzlichen Mitteln solle das strategische Wachstum in qualitativ hochstehende Immobilien weitergef\u00fchrt werden.<\/span><\/span><span><span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Bestehende und neue Investoren, die gem\u00e4ss Schweizer Gesetzgebung in steuerbefreite Anlagestiftungen investieren d\u00fcrfen, k\u00f6nnen an der Kapitalerh\u00f6hung teilnehmen. Die Liberierung ist f\u00fcr den 5.
