Helvetia Asset Management: Zukäufe geplant

Helvetia Asset Management plant zum 31. März 2022 eine Kapitalerhöhung für den Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund im Umfang von rund 200 Mio. CHF. Mit dem frischen Kapital soll der Erwerb eines weiteren Immobilienportfolios finanziert werden.
