Die Senn Development AG plant am Zürcher Triemliplatz einen 40 Meter hohen Neubau. Das Hochhaus «Sphinx» aus der Feder von Edelaar Mosayebi Inderbitzin Architekten soll in erster Linie Wohnraum bieten.
