Swiss-Life-Fonds: Kapitalerhöhung für Portfoliokauf

Der Immobilienfonds Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties will im Dezember sein Kapital um 300 Mio. CHF erhöhen. Mit den neuen Mitteln soll ein rund 340 Mio. schweres Immobilienportfolio erworben werden.
