Immofonds: Weiter auf Wachstumskurs

Der Immofonds weist für das Geschäftsjahr 2020/2021 einen Nettoertrag von 47,9 Mio. CHF aus. Das sind 4,7% mehr als im Vorjahr. In den kommenden Monaten soll das Portfolio aufgewertet werden. Zudem will der Fonds aus fossilen Energieträgern aussteigen.
