Biel/Nidau: Agglolac-Planung wird frühestens 2022 fortgeführt

Nachdem die Stadtparlamente von Nidau und Biel das Grossprojekt Agglolac der Mobimo abgelehnt haben, soll die Planung nun frühestens Mitte des kommenden Jahres fortgesetzt werden.
