MSCI und WP Wüest Partner haben den «Switzerland Annual Property Index» für direkte Immobilienanlagen publiziert. Daraus geht hervor, dass die Gesamtrendite (Total Return) im Jahr 2020 über alle Liegenschaftskategorien 5,8 Prozent betrug.
