Der Kanton Glarus führt die Hausanalyse «Espace Suisse» ein, um historische Dorfkerne nachzuverdichten. Bei geeigneten Altbauten soll das Potenzial einer Sanierung gegenüber einem Ersatzneubau ermittelt werden.
