Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties sucht frisches Geld

Der Immobilienfonds Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties will anfangs Dezember 2020 eine Kapitalerhöhung über rund 500 Millionen CHF durchführen, um den Erwerb eines Portfolios zu finanzieren. Das Geschäftsjahr 2019/20 schloss der Fonds mit einem Plus beim Nettoertrag von über 4% ab.
