Im aufstrebenden Berner Wankdorf Quartier eröffnete die SV Group ihr erstes selbst entwickeltes und auf Extended-Stay-Gäste ausgelegtes Hotelkonzept «Stay KooooK». Investor der Hotelimmobilie ist die Mobiliar.
