Für eine komplette Entwarnung ist es zu früh. Doch wie die aktuelle Sommerumfrage von CSL Immobilien zeigt, ist die Nachfrage nach Büroflächen trotz Corona-Schock weiterhin vorhanden und der Wohnimmobilienmärkte ist von den Folgen der Pandemie bislang kaum betroffen.
