SPS bringt Riverside Zuchwil in neue Anlagegruppe ein

Ab 1. Dezember gehört das Areal Riverside Zuchwil (SO) zum Portfolio der Anlagegruppe «SPA Immobilien Schweiz» der Swiss Prime Anlagestiftung. Die von der Swiss Prime Site AG gegründete Schweizer Anlagestiftung wurde im Sommer 2015 lanciert.
