Baden (AG): Barbara Meyer appointed new head of construction

The city of Baden has appointed 52-year-old architect Barbara Meyer as its new head of construction. She previously worked for the city of Schlieren.

Barbara Meyer will become the new Head of Construction for the City of Baden (AG) on November 1. The 52-year-old ETH-qualified architect has worked for many years in various architectural firms in Switzerland and abroad, as well as on a freelance basis. She has been working for the city of Schlieren in the Construction and Planning Department since 2006. She has been working as an urban planner since 2018. She is taking over the position in Baden from long-time incumbent Jarl Olesen, who is retiring at the end of the year. (aw)
