Appenzell: Widerstand gegen geplante Einzonung von 10 Hektaren in Speicher

Die Gemeinde Speicher (AR) plant für weiteres Wachstum die Einzonung von sieben weiteren Arealen. Dagegen hat sich eine Initiative gebildet.
