Procimmo 2 steigert Erfolg und plant den Börsengang

Der Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II meldet für das Geschäftsjahr 2019/20 einen Gesamterfolg von rund 23,26 Millionen CHF. Um weiteres Wachstum zu finanzieren, ist 2021 eine Kapitalerhöhung mit anschliessendem Börsengang geplant.
