Wohnungen sind auf dem Grundst\u00fcck, der der Stadt Thun geh\u00f6rt, nicht mehr vorgesehen. Fr\u00fchere Planungen hatten die Schaffung von Wohnraum auf einem von vier Teilbereichen beinhaltet.
