Im Dezember 2021 wurde dazu eine Planungsvereinbarung mit der Gemeinde geschlossen. Nun wurde ein Siegerprojekt aus dem Studienauftrag gek\u00fcrt. Es handelt sich dabei um den Projektvorschlag der Scheitlin Syfrig Architekten AG aus Luzern und der Weber + Br\u00f6nnimann Landschaftsarchitektur AG (ebenfalls Bern). Der Vorschlag beinhaltet drei Neubauten.
