CHF durchzuf\u00fchren, teilt Helvetica Property Investors mit. Der Erwerb von Wohnliegenschaften mit einem Gesamtwert von knapp 330 Mio. werde derzeit gepr\u00fcft, davon seien 110 Mio. bereits angebunden.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Die genauen Konditionen der geplanten Kapitalerh\u00f6hung will Helvetica Anfang April kurz vor dem Beginn der Zeichnungsfrist bekanntgeben. Der HSL Fund richtet sich an qualifizierte Investoren und wird ausserb\u00f6rslich durch die Bank J.
